Service Day for all Students and Staff Members
On
January 22, we will celebrate and honor our patron Saint Vincent Pallotti, a forward thinker who was ahead of his time in preaching that every person is holy and made in the image and likeness of God. We are all children of God and are called to love each other and treat each other like family.
Pallotti is considered the Father of Social Action. To honor his unwavering commitment to the poor and powerless, we have planned a school wide day of service. Every staff member and every student will have an opportunity to be a part of serving the wider community. It is our greatest hope that this day will give us the opportunity
to learn more about St. Vincent, to grow in unity of mission in service to the poor and to be a beacon of light in the community around us.
A
FREE ITALIAN LUNCH will be provided for all those serving on Campus. You may bring your own lunch. There will be no food service for purchase at Pallotti on the 22nd. If you are off campus see your permission slip for details on lunch and required attire. Permission slips will be distributed and collected by Union Leaders leading each site.
All permission slips and forms are due by December 20.
If your form is not in by December 20, you will be reassigned to an on-campus site.
